While building Elliotts, I've spent the last year thinking about what small brands really need to grow on Amazon during a time when cost of goods are rising, consumer spend slowing and Amazon becoming more competitive. Amazon is getting harder, and brands can't sustain the overhead of agencies, who then just outsource work for profit.
