  • Revenue from 1st time customers vs. existing customers, what % of revenue is driven by repeat business.
  • Compare cost of acquisition (CAC) with total Lifetime Value - are you making money? spending too much or too little? (not shown above)
  • Order frequency rates, such as average time between re-orders, max time between reorders

For example - it's impossible to get new to brand data for sponsored products on Amazon. They only provide it for sponsored brand ads. Therefore we have to use an approximation.
